The difference between the free nuclear and cellular endosperm is: In a free nuclear endosperm, there is no formation of the wall and the nuclei of the endosperm move free in the cytoplasm. In the cellular endosperm, there is the formation of the wall and the nuclei are no more freely moves in the cytoplasm.
