internal fragmentation =internal fragmentation occurs when the memory is divided into fixed sized blocks.
External fragmentation = external fragmentation occurs when there is a sufficient amount of space in the
Memory to satisfy the memory request of a process.

HEY FRIEND HERE IS UR ANSWER,
The key difference between internal fragmentation and external fragmentation is that in internal fragmentation fixed sized memory blocks are assigned to process whereas in external fragmentation variable sized memory blocks are assigned to process.
