If we draw Energy level diagram of both molecules according to molecular orbital theory than we observe that in N2+ there are 9 electrons in bonding molecular orbitals and 4 electrons in anti-bonding molecular orbitals. And of we draw it for N2-, we see that there are 10 electrons in bonding molecular orbitals and 5 in anti-bonding molecular orbitals. Hence if we calculate bond order of both then it is equal(2.5). So we can say both molecules are equally stable.
