India has one of the largest agricultural and cultivation systems in the world. Yet in many cases it lags far behind the world. For example, in yeild per capita India is one of the lowest in the world, which means it is producing far less than it really could.
Also, due to old transportation methods, over 1/3rd of all food grown in India is damaged or completely wasted.

In India farmers heavily rely on old seeds, outdated fertilizers and bad water availability.
However in other parts of the world, farmers are educated on how to exactly use minimum water and land to get maximum results by using excellent seed, fertilizer and proper development of land.
When it comes to transportation, Europe and the US employ the use of sophisticated Freezers while in India, unfrozen foods are usually destoryed in transport
