We are nearing 2020. So, before 25 years, approximately in the mid of the 1990’s. The main factors to be considered to compare then and now about the condition of the TAJMAHAL are:

1. Population,  

2. Air pollution,  

3. Water availability,

4. Climatic changes  

As years go by, the number of visitors has also increased, thereby increasing the maintenance price. As technology develops, the inventions are also increasing and the air pollution by the use of vehicles. Which degrades the quality of the walls in the construction. Over exposure to the sun reduces the pigment quality and vividness of the edifice.  And, the condition of Tajmahal is not like before.
