Compare the difference in melting and boiling point of organic and inorganic compounds

it is because of there different chemical bonds. Inorganic compounds are mostly made of strong iconic bonds, which give them a very high melting and boiling point. Organic compounds are made of comparatively week covalent bonds, which is the cause of their low melting and boiling point
