Comparison of Indian Constitution with USA France Britain:

The Indian Constitution is the lengthiest constitution of the world that has been written and is highly inspired by the constitution of many countries.  

On being comparing it with the constitution of USA, France and Britain, following are the points of comparison as follows,

  • USA has the presidential form of government system as per their constitution whereas the France, Britain and India have the prime ministerial form of government system.
  • UK constitution has monarchy with parliament.
  • France has adopted the semi presidential republic form of governance as a unit.
