STATE INFANT MORTALITY RATE LITERATACY RATE NET ATTENDANCE

(PER 1000) 2001 2011 RATIO

Punjab 34 70 76.68 81

Kerala 13 91 93.91 91

Bihar 48 47 63.82 4

According to this we now- 1.that the highest infant mortality rate is in bihar

2.the highest litracy rate is in kerala

3.rather punjab has more per capita income than

kerala but it has low litracy rate

so,by thus we can conclude that only per capita income is not enough to get development.
