Answer: The answers will be,

           1. Population comparison

Arunachal Pradesh's population in 2001 was 1,09,768 whereas Uttar Pradesh had a population of 16,61,97,921.

In the year 2011, Arunachal Pradesh had a population of 13,82,611 whereas Uttar Pradesh had a population of 19,98,12,341.

The population of Arunachal Pradesh in 2021 was recorded as a sum of 17,48,873 people and Uttar Pradesh had a population of 23,49,69,561.

            2. Male and female ratio

Arunachal Pradesh has a sex ratio of 938 females per 1000 males.

Uttar Pradesh has a sex ratio of 912 females per 1000 males.

Step-by-step explanation:

  1. As it is known that the population of India is rapidly increasing. As a result of this, every year the number of people in each and every state of India is increasing as well. Bigger states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra have a competitively larger population as compared to the smaller states like Arunachal Pradesh, Assam etc.
  2. The sex ratio differs with every region or state of India. If seen the sex ratio of India as a whole, its 1020 females per 1000 males( ACCORDING TO 2022 SURVEY BY NATIONAL FAMILY HEALTH ). But if we talk about the gender ratio of a specific state, it varies. Arunachal Pradesh has a sex ratio of 930 females per 1000 males whereas Uttar Pradesh has a sex ratio of 912 females per 1000 males.
