Similarities in the constitution of India, USA, and South Africa:

 

The constitution focus on the formation of a society where principles of justice, equality, and moral values prevail.  

It represents a democratic system where the supreme law body is the parliament of the country.

Differences:

The constitution of South Africa has many laws with reference to the Unjust oppressive society in the past while India and the US have the constitution that marks the birth of the country.  

South Africans constitution has a large part related to God while US and India don't.

(ii) In the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States, there is a statement for the formation of union, which is not there in the Preambles to the Indian and South African Constitutions. (iii) The Preamble to the Constitution of South Africa makes a reference to the past. (iv) The Preamble to the Constitutions of the United States and India do not invoke God. Both the Preamble suggests that citizens have complete freedom to follow any religion. There is no official religion.
