electrons:-
(1) Present outside the nucleus
(2) negatively charged
(3) mass is negligible
protons:-
1) present in the nucleus
2) positively charged
3) mass in 2000 times as mass of electron
Neutron:-
(1) present in the nucleus
(2) it is nuteral
(3) mass of nutron=mass of protons

Proton are the types of subatomic particles with a positive charge ,Proton are bound together in an atom's nucleus as a result of the strong nuclear force . neutron are the types of Subatomic with no charge (they're neutral)............. as a result, a neutral atom must have an equal number of protons and electrons even through electron proton and neutron are all types of Subatomic particles ,they are not all the same size .
when you compare the masses of electrons protons and neutrons ,what you find is electron have an extremely small mass compare to either protons and neutrons .on the other hand the masses of protons and neutrons are fairly similar, although , technically the mass of neutrons is slightly larger then the mass of proton ...

I hope you please mark me as a brain list ...
it will so kind of you...
