*metals are good conductor of heat .

that's why metals like ( gold,copper, aluminium)are used for making electrical wires...

Properties of non-metal on the basis of thermal and electrical conductivity:-

* Non metals are bad conductor of electricity.
That's why rubber gloves is used during making faults in electric circuit.
*Non metals are bad conductor of heat .
That's why bakelite ( Made up of plastic) used in pressure cooker because it not conduct heat...

metal are lustrous,metals have tensile. strength,it has ability to lose electron. non metal is opposite from metal
