Given that,

Mass number of two nuclei are 1 and 27.

To find,

The ratio of the radii of two nucleus.

Solution,

The relation between the radii and the mass number of a nuclei is given by :

\dfrac{R_1}{R_2}=(\dfrac{A_1}{A_2})^{1/3}

Since, A₁ = 1 and A₂ = 27

So,

\dfrac{R_1}{R_2}=(\dfrac{1}{27})^{1/3}\\\\\dfrac{R_1}{R_2}=\dfrac{1}{3}

R_2=3R_1

So, the ratio of the radii of two nuclei is 1:3. The radius of second nucleus is 3 times of the radius of first nucleus.
