Explanation:
Religious policy of akbar is that of todays radical islamists or ISIS. My claims refers to akbars fathnama which he himself authored. Below are Akbar's quotes.
Source: Fathnama-I-Chittor, March 1568 (translated by Ishtiaq Ahmed Zilli), Proceedings of the Indian History Congress, Vol. 33 (1971), pp. 350-361
- Akbar thought it was his duty to spend his time and ability in giza(war) and jihad.
- He thought that with help of alla he must subjugate forts, habitats, towns owned by infidels.
- He wished that alla would forsake infidels/kafirs and annihilate them.
- He thought that such annihilation would raise standards of islam throughout the world.
- he claims that alla gave him the duty to destruct temples everywhere in india and with sword he can remove darkness of polytheism and sins.
- He claimed that he would have not found this way had allah not guided him
