the rivers in the himalayas are perrenial and the rivers in the deccan. plateau are seasonal

the rivers in himalyas have origin in the north india and the rivers in deccan have origin in the central india.

the rivers in himalyas have their ends in the north eastern coast.
the rivers in the deccan have their ends in the south eastern coast.
