Various solar radiation comes towards the earth and they have variety of wavelength. Many harmful radiations are prohibited by the earth's atmosphere like the ozone radiation is filtered by earths ozone layer.

The radiations while entering the earths atmosphere it gets scattered and most of the radiations are absorbed by the surface of the earth. The few radiation which are radiated back to space from earth surface is known as albedo.
