Eat Most - Grains.
Eat More - Vegetables and fruits.
Eat Moderately - Meat, fish, egg and alternatives (including dry beans) and milk and alternatives.
Eat Less - Fat/ oil, salt and sugar.
Drink adequate amount of fluid (including water, tea, clear soup, etc) every day.
