Iterative Model of development is where we iterate through the idea and keep improving it as we iterate through various versions. As yo

u move from one version to another you decide (based on feedback) what is needed as a better option in the new version and what needs to be thrown away.

An Incremental model is where you build the over all solution in parts but at the end of each phase or part you do not have

any thing that can be reviewed or feedback provided on. You need to wait until the final stage for the incremental process to deliver the final product.

Explanation:

Waterfall model is also known as classical or linear model because it follows sequential stages while the spiral model does not follow the sequential stages it follows the evolutionary way. ... Waterfall model works in sequential method. While spiral model works in evolutionary method.

The spiral model is similar to the incremental development for a system, with more emphasis placed on risk analysis. The spiral model has four phases: Planning, Design, Construct and Evaluation. A software project repeatedly passes through these phases in iterations (called Spirals in this model).

The incremental build model is a method of software development where the product is designed, implemented and tested incrementally until the product is finished. It involves both development and maintenance. The product is defined as finished when it satisfies all of its requirements.

Evolutionary model is a combination of Iterative and Incremental model of software development life cycle. ... The Evolutionary development model divides the development cycle into smaller, incremental waterfall models in which users are able to get access to the product at the end of each cycle.
