Electricity bill

I am posting this letter for first time.i getting so much of electricity bill.we are only 4 members in this house we are using only 1 fan and 2tubelightsbut bill amount of upto RS 800 every month .my neighbours electricity bill is 200-300 only. My current Meter is also change because of small fault in the meter but no change of electricity bill.please check the Meter and reduce the bill.
