Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to request you to take under consideration the problems I, an enthusiastic social worker, has to say.

In the past few, recent days, i have witnessed a few poachers/ hunters, breaking in the fences to come and hunt in the restricted areas. I would have complained to the security personnel in charge, directly, however, these personnel's do not perform their duties. I have witnessed that no one takes notice of such breaking-in incidents. In fact, most of the time these hunters are allowed in through the gate.

I urge you to look into the matter, as your subordinates are probably grasping at an opportunity to make some extra cash, leading to such problems prevailing under your watch.
