Dear Sir

As I am the regular customer of your shop. I purchase all my foot wears in your shop itself. As your shop's products are excellent and they do not lack any kind of disorders. But last week I purchased a pair of new shoes from your shop. But after coming back from home I found that it was damaged on both sides of the shoes and the colour of the shoes wasn't good. And I found that the shoe was of very low quality. Actually I never expected such kind of products from your shop. I'm really very disappointed with your product. So, please kindly replace me a good product of best quality.

I hope you will take immediate action on the concerned subject.
