By De morgans law you should know that,

A' + B' = (AB)' ................1)

Also,

A'B' = (A + B)' .................2)

So,

(A'B + CD')'

=(A'B)' . (C.D')' ..........................From 2)

=(A+ B').(C' + D).........................From 1)

=(A+ B').(C' + D)

For more practical output it can be further splited into,

AC' + AD + B'C' + B'D

Answer:

(A+B')+(C'+D)

Step-by-step explanation:

(A'B+CD')' = (A'B)'+(CD')'

                = (A''+B')+(C'+D'')

                =(A+B')+(C'+D)

 A''  =1
