Bulb glow:

The complete circuit is given in the diagram below.

  • A bulb glows when current flows through the bulb.
  • When the positive terminal of the battery is connected with negative terminal of the bulb and negative terminal of the battery is connected with positive terminal of the bulb, then the current flows.
  • A current flows when there is flow of electrons.
  • Current is number of electrons flowing through the conductor per unit time.
  • In the below given diagram, the bulb and the battery is connected through a junction.
