candidate 2: I was reading the newspaper and saw the ad of ur campamy that u need a employee for your company who is qwe qualfied. I found it an opportunity for me. that's why I'm here.

candiadte 3: I'm a good typer in computer and laptops and can create a immoresionable presentation for clients. I'm also a good speaker who will impress our clients.

candidate 4: actually I was in class 10 when someone was cheating with the slip and thorowed under my bench. the teacher misunderstood me and found me as accused but then I told them to check CCTVs after that I was released. this was a very tough condition for me at that time

Candidate: I am a Computer Science graduate from Ashoka University. I have two years of experience working as a backend developer. I am looking for a more challenging job role.  

 

HR Manager : How did you come to know  about this offer?

Candidate : I saw your advertisement in the newspaper and also on your LinkedIn page.  

 

HR Manager : What you strengths? Why  should I hire you?

Candidate :I am a team player. I enjoy collaborating with team mates from different parts of the world. Also, I work well under pressure, and am open to new ideas.

 

HR Manager : Have you faced any  challenging situation? How  did you handle it?

Candidate : Yes, there have been numerous challenging situations. During one such time, we were given a very short notice to update the system, or else the company would be penalised for non-compliance. We called an emergency meeting and instead of everything being done by a few people, we volunteered to pitch in. When work gets distributed, things get done in a more efficient manner.  

 

HR Manager : Nice meeting you. Thank  you.
