yesterday I watched a horror movie so, I was little bit scared at it was 10'o clock,

I'm in habit of looking out of the window of my room every night but i noticed a shadow on the wall outside that scared me alot...i was shivering, my heart was sinking and skipping. I don't know what to do I just called my mom from the next room she asked me and I told her about the incident she told me that you are sleeepy that's why you are talking like this..but I know that was true. she just told me this and went away. I didn't sleep for whole night I was just thinking about the incident. after that I never looked out of the window even during the day time..

whenever I think about that shadow I start shivering
