We have

y=kx+d

and (x,y) once equal to (2,3) and once equal to (7,4)

giving us the equations: 2k+d=3 and 7k+d=4

thus 3−2k=4−7k⟹k=15⟹d=135

so we have y=x+135

therefore y−4=x−75
