Condition 1:

Let's consider the numbers which are in the odd places.

13,11,9,7.

13 - 11 = 2

11 - 9 = 2

9 - 7 = 2

The next number will be 7 - 2 = 5.


Condition 2:

Let's consider the numbers which are in the even places. 

3,6,9,12.

3 * 2 = 6

3 * 3 = 9

3 * 4 = 12

Therefore the next number will be 3 * 5 =15.


(or)
