Kapil was up for a big promotion in his company. He had put everything on hold for it. But an outsider is hired and all his plans and aspirations for the project immediately came to an end. He tried to talk to his seniors, the director but nothing worked out for him. He went into a state of utter shock and depression as he put his every possible effort to give his best for the organization and in return, he got cheated upon by snatching his opportunity.
He was wondering what was it that suddenly demoted him from one of the best-performers to this situation that he was not even considered before taking such a step. But, he didn't give up and decided to give an interview in another company, bigger than his present one to test his skills and caliber. He worked hard and finally to his surprise, his efforts paid off and he got selected for a higher designation which he could never think of. The Next day, he went to his previous office and resigned to everyone's shock and began his life in a fresh manner. However, this incident taught him a lesson that one can snatch your opportunities but not your skills and talent.
