All the interacting organisms in an area together with the non-living constituents of the environment form an ecosystem.
Example : Ponds , Forests , Temperature etc.
The abiotic components in an ecosystem include all the physical and chemical elements, which means the non-living components.
The abiotic components include wind, soil, rain, temperature, sunlight, etc.
The living components of an ecosystem are called the biotic components.
The biotic components include plants, animals, as well as fungi and bacteria .

☞ Comsumers : Include all animals that depend on producers directly or indirectly for food .
☞ Decomposers : Include organism that decompose the dead plants and animals .
