It can be an activity that can take place in anyorganisation during which people are assisted by others, who may be older, in a condition experienced to make explicit our in order to assess the effectiveness of these values and associated behaviour for their own and others' long term well-being, and to reflect on and acquire other values and behaviour which they recognise as being more effective for long term well-being of self and others.

It is where learners are prepared and filled with knowledge in order to be enlightened and be prepared to face the challenges and shortcomings that comes along with life. It enlightens the learners on diverse aspects of life right from their social, political and economic aspects of life.
