Teamwork is very important. without team work the team is not good. there is no game without teamwork

A team is said to a group of people who work together while depending in each other together with cooperating each other in order to satisfy to accomplish common objective or goal. A team can be create to achieve long term and/or short term objectives. For example a team for product development will last more longer to achieve planning and operational objectives. Other example of teams lasting for longer time are senior of company.

Some people also use the word "team" when they mean "employees." A "sales team" is a common example of this loose or perhaps euphemistic usage, though interdependencies exist in organisations, and a sales team can be let down by poor performance on other parts of the organisation upon which sales depend, like delivery, after-sales service, etc.. However "sales staff" is a more precise description of the typical arrangement.
