Not much. There is an urban legend that the lack of deflection of the solar wind would rack havoc on earth but that’s not the case. Most particles are blocked by the atmosphere and others penetrate the magnetic field anyway. If we lost the magnetic field the pattern of the aurora will change but not much else.
