Let mass of solute (hno3) =68g

Mass of solution is =100g

Density of solution = 1.504 g/ml

Density = mass / volume

1.504 = 100/V

V = 100/1.504 ml = 66.4ml

Also molar mass of hno3 = 63

Now,

Molarity = (mass of solute *1000)/

(malar mass of solute * Vml)

Molarity = (68*1000)/ 63*66.4

= 68000/4188.8

= 16.233 M
