Explanation: -

Concentration (w/w) is 8%.

This means that 8 g of the solute is present in 100 g of solution.

Again concentration (w/v) = 10%

But weight of solute is 8 g.

Volume of solution = 8 x 10 = 80 mL

Density of solution =  \frac{Mass of solution}{Volume of solution}

=  \frac{100g}{80mL}

= 1.25 g /mL
