I hope this letter finds you in great spirits and health. I am writing to inform you that the house needs some immediate repair. As you know this season, the rains have poured down quite copiously. I have detected a few leaks in the drawing room. The paint has started to come off. There is water logging in the drain pipes. We are facing a lot of inconvenience on account of all the above mentioned problems. You are requested to get the repairs done. If you allow, I can get the repairs done myself and the cost of the repairs can be adjusted in the rent later on. However, I need your approval first. I am sure you will respond promptly as we need the repairs quite urgently. Looking forward to hearing from you.
