DNA fingerprinting technology is used to solve the cases of criminal cases. Along with it, it is used to determine motherhood, paternity or personal identity. Currently fingerprint (fingerprinting) is best considered in ways to find identities. The organisms, specially composed of chemicals in humans that provide specific recognition, are called DNA (Dye Rhino Nucleic Acid). In this method, its DNA is identified by the biological components of a person such as blood, hair, saliva, semen or other cell-sources. DNA fingerprint uses specific DNA sequence, which is called microsatellite. There are small pieces of Microsatellite DNA. In some parts of the body, their number is different.

A fingerprint is an impression left by the friction ridges of a human finger. The recovery of partial fingerprints from a crime scene is an important method of forensic science. Moisture and grease on a finger result in fingerprints on surfaces such as glass or metal.
