Sovereignty is based on jurisdiction in a population and territory. Due to increased in population importance of sovereignty has increased and it is justified because of it values and importance for maintaining division in population. Change in social and economic condition has changed the meaning of sovereignty. Therefore, it has to adapt to the present need for administration of power within a state. The era of special sovereignty concept is over among population.
