Indian architecture and sculptors:

One of the greatest architectural experiments done in India was depicted in the form of our Indian temples and houses styled in different ways and with varieties of stones and art. There are three types of architecture based on northern, southern and mixed styles, i.e., nagara, Dravida and vesara styles.

Sculpture in India dates back to Harappan civilization. They make fine sculptures of body, and other animals and carve on pillars and walls depicting the early life. The Nataraja posture of Lord Shiva is one of the finest sculpture at that time.

Painting:

Paintings flourished in the medieval period under the Mughal empire. They were fond of arts and paintings. Many drew their portraits by painters or artists and keep them further. Many other prominent peoples also took interest and drawn their portraits and other natural ones to appreciate them. The painting of the peacock throne of Shah Jahan was one of the greatest paintings.
