As you have learned in our last lessons, it is important to raise people's awareness of how every one of us is responsible for climate change and the severe consequences for the environment as well as the living creatures on earth. We are not only destroying the homeland of hundred thousands of people, especially those living at coastal areas, but also destroy the habitats of around 12% of the world's total birds and about a quarterof the species of mammals. We are responsible that they are threatened with extinction. Therefore every little action we take to protect and preserve our environment is of the utmost importance and this is exactly what you have achieved today.
