Conditions for having rational degree roots in any cubic polynomialic equation -

Consider general cubic equation :

ax³ + bx² + cx + d = 0

All the coefficients should be real and a ≠ 0 , behaviour and nature of roots may vary aslike , rational conjugate pairs or irrational conjugated pairs or may be complex conjugate pairs , but for sure , one root will be real according to cardan's solution of resolving cubic equations , so , these were the few basic points to consider about cubic polynomials
