Condstruct a rectangl with side 6.5cm and 8.2cm

Draw AB horizontally of some size.  The draw a perpendicular bisector of AB as COD.  AB and CD intersect at O.  Extend AB and CD towards the right side.

Using compass, draw an arc from O with a radius 6.5 cm to cut OB at E. Using compass draw an arc from O with a radius of 8.2cm to cut OC at F.

Now with the radius of 8.2cm and with E as the center draw an arc vertically above E.  Now with a radius of 6.5 cm with F as the center, draw an arc in the horizontal direction, to cut the arc drawn above.

So the intersection will be G.

OEFG is the rectangle you want.
