-try to make a heterogeneous catalyst, so that u can recover it and reuse it several times. which is to possible in homogeneous systems.
-use of solvent: don't use hazardous solvent, try to do solvent-free or use water as a solvent for reactions
-avoid the use of all hazardous chemical
-don't through chemicals in the basin, try to collect in different bottles so that it will not go into the water and not pollute it, which is useful for animals leaving in water.
-also make such a scheme where reaction will go in one or two-step, reduce more steps. so that use of different chemicals and solvents reduce.
