The government has established the universal health coverage and is targeting all population. There has been no fees offered required for any maternity services and new mothers are provided with free mosquito nets.
Boys are also receiving circumcision services for free and an awareness campaign has been launched to sensitize boys on the importance of circumcision in a bid to reduce chances of HIV infection
