We should take veriegatedbleaves
Keep the plant in the dark room for three days.
Stored starch will get utilised by the plant.
Third day, you take it from dark room and keep it in sunlight for six hours.
Now keep the plant in the beaker.
Now mark the greenish parts of the plant.
Remove the leaf of the plant.
Wash the leaf. Now dilute iodine test should be conducted.
The parts of the leaf which turn dark blue colour, the starch is present
