The Preamble can not be called as ‘conscience'. Preamble is the ‘Identity Card’ of constitution. It just gives the overview of the constitution. It is somewhat the extract of constitution. Conscience is more internal, near to soul.

Conscience should be the Fundamental rights or if expanded, it should also include Directive Principles of State Policy.
