consequences thereof on living and non living
Answers
The consequences of Living and non-living on the non-living environment can be positive or negative. For example, if a living thing does not get water from the non-living environment can be hazardous for the living thing. Same is the case for a plant, if it does not get minerals, it will die. These effects are inter-related. For example, if a living thing is not able to survive in that particular place, even the non-living thing like water, soil and minerals will be affected.
Living things like plants and animals interact with the non-living environment which includes the water, soil and climate to bring about positive, negative or neutral impact on each other. For instance, an environment with plenty of water and air is beneficial for animals because these things are essential for their survival. If a living organism is unable to adapt to its surroundings like lack of sunlight or very high or low temperature it will be difficult for it to survive. So the environment will have a negative impact on it.
If sufficient non-living resources are not there a living organism may have to struggle to survive. If the plants do not get minerals from the soil and convert them into food using sunlight if the non-living resources are not there. Salt water and fresh water provides a suitable environment for the survival of the sea creatures.
