3. Water is a resouce. Its vital for human survival. Its a precondition of life. Thus, its existence will ensure human resource.

4. Coal, petroleum and other fuels are necessary for electricity generation and other domestic purposes. Hence, its a condition for economic development.

5. Minerals are a resource on which industries usually depend. Therefore, it is a necessity for manufactring sector. This sector contributes to development.
