II) The element B tends to lose electron more readily than C.
III) The oxide of A will be least basic while that of D will be most basic.
IV) The energy required to remove an electron from outermost shell from A will be minimum while that
from D will be maximum,

Answer:

Option D is correct.

Explanation:

ii)The element B will tends to lose electron more easily than element C beause there is a less nuclear charge in element B as compared to element C .Or you can also say that the elment B can easily lose as there is less electrostatic force of attraction

iv) To remove a electron from element A will be minimum as compared to element D because there is less force of attraction between ions in A due to less nuclear charge.
