A country can be called a democratic country when:-

• All people have the equal rights i.e, social, economic and political right.
• People have the right to elect the Government and criticise them if required.
• The State ensures equal distribution of wealth to all citizens
• There is a Constitution according to which all rules and laws are followed.
• No party of the government is absolutely powerful.

If all these features are there in a country only then it can be called as a democratic country.
