Consider the following food chains: <br />
a. plants → Mice → Snake → Hawks <br />
b. Plants → Mice → Hawks <br />
If energy available at the producer level in both the food chains is 10000 J, in which case will hawks get more energy and by how much energy will hawks get if they start eating grass directly?​

In B process hawks get more energy.

If they started eating grass then they will get about 1000 J energy.
